High altitude wines actually are different!
When wine enthusiasts get together, it can be challenging to find topics that stimulate conversation and discovery. Always watching the current news in the industry, a Fox School of Wine Professor, will present a casual, hour-long class that covers four wines grown at altitude from around the world. Mountainside wines offer complexity that comes with the challenges of growing grapes in harsh conditions. Learn the stories about the wines and the people who choose this challenge to deliver some of the world’s great wines to us. Also included is a Blind Tasting Challenge, which adds a duplicate wine from the class, poured from black, velvet bags for the students to test themselves.

The party was a complete success! We had a great time. The professor had remarkable command of wine knowledge and relayed that information in a fun and accessible way. She was terrific! 10/10 would recommend.

We all very much enjoyed the wine class, and it was a highlight of the weekend! The professor was so knowledgeable, and the class was very fun and relaxed! I think we all learned quite a few new things. In fact, we were using the 5 S’s with our dinner wine the following night. I wouldn’t change a thing about the class.
