You and your guests will join us to discover the history of mining in Park City, while you taste fine wines that have been selected to reflect these stunning location and stories. The hour-and-a-half class will show you and your guests all around the Park City area while you relax in the comfort of your living room or hotel suite. For each location, Kirsten Fox, executive sommelier, our headmistress and a descendant of Utah miners, will share stories and photos of each historic location, the wine you are tasting, and why she selected it to pair with the historic site. 
·       Discovery of Silver and Lead in Park City paired with vintage sparkling wine made for the King and Queen of Spain
·       Ontario Mine paired with French Premiere Cru Chablis
·       Prosperity on Main paired with a stunning Rosé
·       Miner’s Hospital paired with a boutique, Napa Pinot Noir
·       Silver King Consolidated Mining HQ paired with a famous French Rhône Châteauneuf-du-Pape
·       Red Light District paired with a 20-Year Tawny Port

  • Research, preparation and printing of Fox School of Wine tasting card
  • Maps of the regions discussed

  • Kirsten Fox for 2.5 hours, (set up, mingling, one-and-a-half hour class, and clean up)
